Ragi Masala Dosa by Gowri Chebbi
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups ragi flour
2. 1 cup urad dal
3. 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
4. Salt to taste
Method:
1. Soak the urad dal for 4 hours, then grind it into a smooth batter. Add the ragi flour and salt to the batter, and let it ferment for 5 hours.
2. After fermentation, use the batter to make thin and crispy dosas.
